Diploma Request Form

Diploma requests were last processed on May 5, 2026. Diplomas are shipped from our vendor through USPS. Please allow 6–8 weeks for domestic delivery.

Digital copies of diplomas are not available. Diplomas are not available for in-person pickup at Berklee. If you need proof of graduation for employment or grad school, please request an official transcript and verify your graduation from the Berklee website.

You will receive a confirmation email after you successfully complete the diploma order request form. Please make sure you submitted the form correctly if you did not receive a confirmation email.

Preferred Shipping Address

Addresses cannot be updated once you submit this form.

Diplomas should be sent to a permanent address (ie. hometown). Diplomas should not be sent to temporary addresses (ie. local apartment, P.O. Box, etc).  

Berklee is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen diplomas.

Students shipping to addresses outside of the United States are encouraged to purchase a prepaid shipping label to ensure the delivery of the package.

Students are responsible for purchasing their own prepaid shipping label. Prepaid shipping labels are encouraged for all deliveries outside of the United States.

How to Buy a Prepaid Shipping Label

Step 1: Please review the USPS international service disruptions and suspensions. If your country is listed, you are encouraged to purchase a prepaid shipping label.

Step 2: Students may choose to purchase and upload their own UPS, DHL, or FedEx prepaid shipping label. For shipments to addresses in China and Korea, shipping labels should be obtained from DHL.

Step 3: Enter in the "ship from" address information.

Step 4: Enter your preferred shipping address as the "ship to" address.

Step 5: Enter packaging options. All package types are "Letter" or "Envelope" (1lbs).

Step 6: Please select the "drop off" service option. Do not schedule a pick-up date.

  • For purchases that require a pick-up date, please select a pick-up date that is most financially convenient for you. 
  • Please know that this date does not expedite the original estimated 8 - 10 week delivery.
  • Please make sure that the copy of your prepaid shipping label is easy to read.

Step 8: Attach the PDF copy of your prepaid shipping label to this form.
