Graduation Planning

Congratulations Class of 2016!

If you were approved to graduate in May (spring semester), your diploma will be mailed approximately six to eight weeks after the ceremony to the address you provided on the Application for Graduation form. See Getting Your Diploma for more information.

Planning Ahead: Class of 2017

As you approach your last semester(s) at Berklee, it's time to start planning for one of life’s most important and memorable milestones: your college graduation. We’ve put together this website to help you navigate the graduation process and prepare for next year’s commencement weekend, which will take place May 12–13, 2017.

Graduation Planning

To be eligible to officially graduate, all requirements for your academic program and major(s), as well as any financial obligations, must be fulfilled in accordance with the walking policy. The links on the left will help you evaluate your current academic status to determine what courses, and any other requirements, you still need to complete in order to graduate and receive your diploma.

If you have any questions regarding the graduation process, please contact Arielle Schwalm, graduation and curriculum specialist in the Office of the Registrar at x2470 or email aschwalm@berklee.edu. The Counseling and Advising Center, as well as your departmental advisors, are also available to assist you with your graduation plans. While we will do eveything to help you with the process, the final responsibility for meeting graduation requirements rests solely with each student—please refer to your Degree Audit on my.berkee.edu (login required).

Commencement Planning

Commencement 2017 will be held Saturday, May 13. Information to assist graduates and their families and friends with commencement planning, including a schedule of events, dining and lodging information, and other related commencement news, will be available on the commencement website starting early next year.
