Please read the important information below before submitting the diploma request form:

Congratulations on your graduation from Berklee!

It generally takes 8-10 weeks to receive your diploma after the diploma request form has been submitted. Diplomas are not available for in-person pickup at Berklee. If you need proof of graduation for employment or grad school, please request an official transcript and verify your graduation(Opens in a new window) from the Berklee website.

You will receive a confirmation email after you successfully complete the diploma order request form.

Diplomas should be sent to a permanent address (ie. hometown). Diplomas should not be sent to temporary addresses (ie. local apartment, P.O. Box, etc). Berklee is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen diplomas.

Students shipping to addresses outside of the United States are encouraged to purchase a prepaid shipping label to ensure the delivery of the package.
