Conservatory Registration Guide
We created this guide to help you at every stage along your path to graduation, including helping you have a seamless registration experience. Each section below includes instructions and information about building your schedule, understanding your program requirements, general registration procedures, and where to go for help. Prior to Registration
- Log in to your Self-Service account to be sure you do not have any holds placed on your account that would prevent you from registering (more information regarding holds can be found below);
- Speak with your student success advisor to discuss which courses you should register for that will keep you on track to completing your program;
- See instructions for registering through Self-Service. Should you need any assistance with learning to register online, please contact One Stop Student Services at onestop@berklee.edu.
- Review the Student Policy Handbook to familiarize yourself with the Conservatory’s enrollment-related policies.
Registration Dates for Summer and Fall 2026
Registration Period will begin Monday, April 6, 2026
Registration Times will be published and communicated to students via email on Friday, March 27.
Integrated Course Offerings
There are several ways for Boston Conservatory students to take advantage of curricula at Berklee College of Music.
- Dual-Listed Courses: Students should register for these courses through their normal registration process through Self-Service.
- Cross-Registered Courses: Students need permission from the course chair to register for these courses.
- Berklee Half-Hour Secondary Instrument Instruction: Students need chair permission to register for half-hour private instruction. Additional fees may apply.
- Berklee Ensembles: Conservatory students need chair permission to register for College ensembles. Please refer to berklee.edu/registrar/collegeconservatory-integrated-course-offerings for further information.
- Graduate Classes: Conservatory graduated students in any Master of Music (M.M. program can take specific graduate electives at the College.

Access to Self-Service
To access registration information options and resources, you will need to log in to Self-Service. Before your assigned time, please visit the website and verify that you can log in using your One Pass. Self-Service is accessible from any internet-connected computer with an up-to-date web browser.
To log in, enter your One Pass credentials. If you do not know your username and/or password, or if you have any difficulty accessing Self-Service, contact the Technology Support Desk (2238@berklee.edu, 617-747-2238).
Online Resources
It will be easier and take less time for you to complete your online registration if you research the courses you want to take in advance of your registration opening. This will also allow you to be prepared for the meeting with your Success Advisor.
- UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT – Found by logging into Self-Service, this screen allows you to review your transcript online before selecting your classes. You can see what courses you have already taken, and make sure that you have met all prerequisites and other eligibility requirements for the courses you want to take.
- PROGRAM GRIDS – Found on the Berklee Registrar page under “For Boston Conservatory at Berklee Students,” these official grids are organized by major and show the courses that need to be taken in order to graduate. The grids detail the recommended sequence of courses for each semester you are expected to be in attendance.
