Alumni Degree Completion Inquiry
Students who have previously attended Berklee's Boston-based undergraduate program and are interested in completing their bachelor of music degree are encouraged to complete the following questionnaire. Students with less than 90 credits completed are ineligible for this degree completion program. If you have less than 90 credits completed, you may complete a bachelor of professional studies at Berklee Online or you may re-enroll at Berklee. Please submit this form only once.
Note: This form is not to be submitted by currently enrolled students. If you are a currently enrolled Berklee College of Music student who has questions about completing your degree, you should speak directly to your major chair or the Office of the Registrar.
