As associate vice president for career and digital strategy, Stefanie Henning leads two different departments at Berklee. The Career Center provides expert guidance, cutting-edge resources, and professional development for students and alumni in partnership with the offices of Academic Affairs and Alumni Affairs. The Digital Strategy team is responsible for promoting Berklee’s mission and institutional identity in support of the annual goals of the institution by developing innovative websites and applications that serve Berklee's community.
Henning started her career as an agent at International Creative Management (ICM) and has an extensive background in marketing and business development. She has served in executive roles in the entertainment and tech industries at organizations that include Fox Television Studios, Universal Music Group, and Macromedia (now Adobe).
She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland.
