2023 Keynote Speaker: Donald Glover

The 2023 keynote presentation featured award-winning actor, producer, director, comedian, writer, and Grammy-winning artist Donald Glover, joined by Paul Wachter, founder and CEO of Main Street Advisors, and Luke Wood, former president of Beats by Dr. Dre.

This event was moderated by Tonya Butler, chair of the Music Business/Management Department.

Berklee’s Career Jam culminates with the Career Jam Award Show, highlighting talent from all career communities and a broad spectrum of majors. From writers to producers to business teams, this concert will showcase the most recognized students in their growing industry expertise.

Career Jam award recipients and performers are selected by an expert panel of Berklee faculty and chairs, show producers, and the Career Jam talent relations ambassadors.
