Brit Holbert
Brit Holbert is a higher education leader, career strategist, and musician serving as the associate director of employer engagement and internships at Berklee. Grounded in her background as a classically trained singer and pop-rock songwriter, Holbert bridges the gap between emerging talent and leading music industry partners. She leads the operations of Berklee’s internship program and drives strategic employer engagement across all career communities, drawing on extensive talent acquisition experience across Berklee, Boston Conservatory, and UMass Lowell. Holbert holds a BM in music business and an M.Ed. in higher education, specializing in student leadership, self-efficacy, and career development within the creative economy.
