Applicable to: Incidents of Title IX sexual harassment (as defined in the Title IX Policy) alleged to have occurred on or after August 14, 2020
Incidents of Title IX sexual harassment alleged to have occurred before August 14, 2020, will be investigated according to the Berklee Equity Policy and Process 2019-2020 (PDF).
