Berklee India Exchange Presents Anirudh Varma Collective

The collective will present a workshop on Hindustani classical music and a concert in collaboration with Berklee India Exchange students, alumni, and faculty.

The Berklee India Exchange welcomes the residency on Wednesday, April 8, at Arrow Street Arts. The residency features two distinct events: a workshop exploring Hindustani classical music, honoring its history while examining its future through modern application, and a 90-minute concert in collaboration with Berklee India Exchange students, alumni, and faculty. The Anirudh Varma Collective is a contemporary Indian classical ensemble based in New Delhi, India. Their music blends intricate rhythms, melodic depth, and modern harmonies that bring together the best of traditional and contemporary music. The ensemble has released three studio albums—Perspectives (2018), Homecoming (2022), and Sabr (2025)—featuring more than 200 artists worldwide. What began as a performing group has grown into a dynamic creative community, bringing together independent artists across all genres and disciplines.
