Berklee Alumni St. Vincent and Ruby Plume to Perform Together on St. Vincent's 2026 Live with Orchestra Tour

The Grammy Award-winning artist and the emerging singer-songwriter, both former Berklee students, will share the stage across seven dates this summer, including a hometown performance at Boston's Symphony Hall on Thursday, June 4.

Berklee College of Music alumni St. Vincent (also known as Annie Clark ‘03) and Ruby Plume ‘25 will perform together this summer on St. Vincent's 2026 Live with Orchestra tour, with Plume opening for St. Vincent across seven dates in the United States and Canada. The tour makes a stop at Boston's Symphony Hall on June 4, where St. Vincent will also be supported by the Boston Pops under conductor Jules Buckley.

Six-time Grammy Award winner St. Vincent attended Berklee in the early 2000s and was a featured performer on the 2003 recording Dorm Sessions 1 by Heavy Rotation Records, which would go on to become the Berklee Popular Music Institute (BPMI). She has since become one of the most acclaimed artists in contemporary music. Her singular discography includes the 2014 self-titled album, which won the Grammy for Best Alternative Album; 2021's Daddy's Home, which won her a second Grammy in the same category; and 2024’s All Born Screaming, which garnered three Grammy wins, including Best Alternative Performance, Best Rock Song (“Broken Man”), and Best Alternative Album.

The 2026 tour follows the release of Live in London!, a living document of St. Vincent’s majestic BBC Proms performance last year at London’s Royal Albert Hall in which she was accompanied by the 60-piece Jules Buckley Orchestra. Described by the New York Times as “luxuriating in physicality and ensemble richness,” Live in London! captures the historic occasion that found Clark, Buckley, and the orchestra reimagining 19 classics, staples, and rarely-played deep cuts spanning the St. Vincent catalog. Originally conceived as a one-off orchestral performance, St. Vincent was so inspired by the experience that the show was expanded into a full North American tour.

Ruby Plume is a Los Angeles-based alternative folk singer-songwriter known for her intricate lyrics and rich guitar melodies. She attended Berklee before departing in 2025 with a record deal. Her work has been described as both distinctive and emotionally resonant, drawing listeners into a world of reflection, imagination, and connection. Plume has been a regular presence in Boston's independent music scene, performing as part of Berklee's annual Summer in the City concert series and as a BPMI local opener at Brighton Music Hall in 2025.

The seven dates on which Plume will be supporting St. Vincent on her Live with Orchestra tour are:

  • June 2 - Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh, PA (with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra)

  • June 4 - Symphony Hall, Boston, MA (with the Boston Pops)

  • June 6 - The Met, Philadelphia, PA (with the Philly Pops)
