Healthy You is the program that Berklee and other Boston-area colleges and universities have created to:

  • help you and your family get and stay healthy; and

  • work together to influence how our insurance companies work with you to help maintain or improve your well-being.

Why not challenge an "official" walker to an "unofficial" competition? There are lots of free pedometer apps.
