Summary Plan Descriptions
Below are summary plan descriptions (SPDs) for certain employee benefit plans maintained for employees of the Berklee College of Music, Inc.
The SPDs provide important information about the plans, such as eligibility requirements and the circumstances under which plan participants could forfeit their benefits. The SPDs also identify the plans' administrators and the parties responsible for managing plan assets.
While they contain important information, the SPDs are not the official text of the plans. In the event of any inconsistency between an SPD and its plan, the provisions of the plan will govern.
Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
