Digital Resources
Alumni Accounts
Go to this login screen for alumni accounts, and choose "Forgot Password." A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your alumni account. If your alumni account username ends with @alumni.berklee.edu, please submit an account support request here.
Transcripts
Transcript requests are handled by the Office of the Registrar. Official electronic (eTranscripts) and paper transcripts can be ordered online through the Registrar's transcript service, Parchment, an authorized delivery agent specializing in secure transcript exchange. Visit the Transcript Request page for more information. Note: to access Parchment, you will need your alumni account; you can request your alumni account here.
Career Resources
The Berklee Career Manager is an online tool for jobs, internships, gigs, and connections managed by the Career Center. Alumni need to log in with their alumni account. Request your alumni account here.
You can use the Berklee Career Manager to post jobs, gigs and internships. When posting, alumni must create a log-in account separate from their alumni account. For help posting opportunities, contact the Career Center.
Berklee's Professional Network (ProNet) is a global network of Berklee alumni who have volunteered to mentor Berklee students. Read more and get involved here.
Campus Resources
Visit Getting Your Diploma for all information regarding requesting/replacing your diploma, apostilles and verification of graduation for employers and graduate schools.
An alumni ID badge grants you access to these on-campus resources. At this time, remote access is not available.
An alumni ID badge grants you access to many valuable on-campus resources. Badges must be requested in person, on-campus at the Alumni Affairs office.
The Degree Completion page contains information and a form for you to fill out. If you are interested in returning to our Boston campus, visit Information for Returning Students.
With an alumni ID badge, alumni can access the the Career Development Center and Stan Getz Library and Media Center. Practice and ensemble rooms are for student use only.
Berklee has over 500 full- and part-time faculty, who can be found by searching here.
Yes! Tours leave from the 921 Boylston Street building Monday through Friday anywhere between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Reservations are required. Sign up for tours on the online registration page. Visit the Admissions section for detailed information.

Submitting Music
Submit your music for consideration. Berklee features alumni artists on the Sounds of Berklee podcast and via Air Alumni on the BIRN.
A podcast featuring Berklee faculty members, alumni, and a few legendary artists.
Use the Submit Your Music form to be considered for the podcast.
Unfortunately, Berklee cannot provide financial support to alumni for projects, crowd-funding, grant or scholarship purposes.

Our social media calendar is made up of college and industry-focused stories that align with the college's marketing strategies. We may re-share alumni social media posts from time to time if they align with larger stories we're sharing.
Staying Connected

The Alumni Affairs office hosts over 40 events throughout the year all across the country, including gatherings at CMJ, SXSW, Game Developer's Convention, and NAMM. Alumni Affairs is dedicated to providing networking and professional development opportunities for the alumni community, in person and online. If you have specific ideas for an event, let us know at alumniaffairs@berklee.edu.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with planning events, mentoring students, answering questions from young alumni, serving on committees, or representing the college at events. If you are interested in volunteering at alumni events, contact alumniaffairs@berklee.edu. For information on representing the college, read more about the alumni admisions rep program.
