  • Pay Your Bill

    To see your outstanding balance, log in to my.berklee.edu and select "Student Finance." You will see charges, payments, financial aid, and any deposits made, as well as the balance due, if any. Explore our Frequently Asked Questions if you have any questions regarding your bill.

  • Register for Orientation

    Orientation takes place August 23 through August 30, 2025. Orientation is required for all new students and is a series of fun and informative community-building activities with fellow students, faculty, and staff. 

  • Complete the Orientation Onboarding Course

    Berklee’s free, self-paced online Orientation Onboarding Course helps you and your family prepare for your Berklee journey. In just 45 minutes, you’ll cover eight student-led modules, including Academics, Student Support, Life on Campus, and more.

Need More Time? Your Deferral and Deposit Options

Your acceptance is dependent on the successful completion of any outstanding schoolwork. Admission acceptances are only valid for two consecutive semesters. Should your plans change, you must submit a written request to refund or transfer your tuition deposit to a later semester.

Admitted students to our full­-time undergraduate programs are eligible to defer their admission and associated scholarship, as indicated below:

  • Students admitted to the summer (May) semester may defer to the spring (January) semester.
  • Students admitted to the fall (September) semester may defer their admission to either the spring (January) or summer (May) semester.
  • Students admitted to the spring (January) semester may defer to the summer (May) semester.

Your refund or transfer request must be received by the college no later than:

  • Summer (May) semester: April 1
  • Fall (September) semester: May 1
  • Spring (January) semester: October 15

Please note that if you are selected to participate in the First Year Abroad program on Berklee’s Valencia, Spain, campus, your admissions offer is valid only for the semester for which you were admitted.
