Beyoncé's original all-female band will hold a 10-year anniversary concert on Thursday, March 2 at 8:00 p.m., at the Berklee Performance Center. The performance, Beyoncé's Original All-Female Band: A 10-Year Anniversary Concert, will be led by Tia Fuller, an ensemble professor. The band will include original members Nikki Glaspie '04 (drums), Rie Tsuji '02 (keyboard), Bibi McGill (guitar), Brittani Washington (piano), Divinity Roxx (bass), Katty Rodriguez (tenor saxophone), Crystal Torres (trumpet), Marcie Chapa (percussion), and students in Berklee's Beyoncé Ensemble. The concert is part of the Signature Series at Berklee

Ebony Williams ’05, a dancer with Beyoncé, will choreograph and perform with dance students from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Beyoncé background vocalist Crissy Collins will also perform with the ensemble.

The group will perform music from its tour, drawn from Beyoncé’s albums B'Day, The Beyoncé Experience, and I Am...Yours: An Intimate Performance at Wynn Las Vegas; the concert will also feature some of her newer material. Nikko Ielasi '15 is the musical arranger, and current student Josh Foster ‘17 is the student musical director.

“We are thrilled to celebrate 10 years since the formation of Beyoncé's original all-female band with this special performance at the Berklee Performance Center,” said Fuller. “It will be a dedication to Beyoncé's music and artistry, and a celebration of the musical kinship and sisterhood that we established as a band throughout that period. Beyoncé allowed us to create and develop many of the arrangements, which became an extension of our collective voice. This is a celebration of Beyoncé, her music, and my sisters in the band, 10 years and counting!"
