Security and Bag Policy
The Berklee Performance Center (BPC) is committed to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for our guests, staff, and performers during events. For everyone’s safety, all bags and cases are subject to inspection, and all guests entering the BPC may be scanned with handheld or walk-through metal detectors.
The BPC discourages guests from bringing musical instruments, instrument cases, and large bags. The BPC does not have a coat check or storage space. BPC management reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed unsafe, disruptive, or oversized from coming into the theater at any time.
The BPC reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and/or evict those who are in breach of building policies or those who pose a danger or disruption to the performance or to other guests. A list of prohibited items can be found below. Refusal of a bag search will result in denial of entry to the event. This policy is subject to change without notice.
