The Office of Identity-Based Programs affirms the lives and experiences of students from historically resilient communities. Our office empowers students to reach their individual goals through campus-wide connections, while also supporting their persistence, engagement and progress to degree completion.

Our goal is to instill a sense of community and belonging while amplifying the importance of diverse and just communities within Berklee. We do this by intentionally creating student engagement opportunities with campus partners across Student Success Programs and Berklee’s broader diverse community. Through our support services and curated programs and events, we encourage students to explore and develop their own understanding of intersecting identities.
