Update for College and Conservatory Parents and Families: Student Health Services from Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates

As we begin another academic year, we want to share information with you about health care services available to your student.  Finding a physician or health care provider can be challenging for students; often doctors’ offices are not accepting new patients or the wait time is too long to be seen as a new patient. Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates (HVMA) in Kenmore Square is Berklee's provider of choice for our students because they have agreed to guarantee our students access to primary care, urgent care, and specialty services at their Kenmore Square location. HMVA participates in many health insurance plans, including the Berklee-sponsored health insurance plan.

In order to guarantee access, students should bring two things to every appointment: their College or Conservatory ID, and their health insurance information. In addition, students should be prepared to pay any copays or co-insurance fees associated with their health insurance at the time of their appointment.
