Sharon Kramer directs Berklee's assessment, accreditation, and institutional research, with a focus on strengthening data-based decision-making and planning, building a culture of continuous evaluation, and enhancing student learning and success. She directs internal and external surveying of students, alumni, faculty, and staff; analysis of longitudinal data and outcomes assessment; and benchmarking Berklee against peers and competitors. She also oversees federal, state, and international compliance reporting.
Kramer earned a B.A. in art history from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in social psychology from Harvard University.
