Berklee surveys all graduating students each spring about their immediate post-graduation plans, as well as students' assessment of their overall and academic experience at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Berklee NYC, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Berklee Valencia, and Berklee Online. The Graduating Student Survey is sometimes referred to as the "Exit Survey."

How do I access the Graduating Student Survey?
Students approved to graduate in fall 2024, spring 2025, and summer 2025 will receive an email that contains a link to the survey. The survey link will also be shared in Canvas and in the Graduating Student Series emails. If you cannot access the survey, contact institutionalassessment@berklee.edu
Who is eligible to take the survey?
Any student approved to graduate in fall 2024, spring 2025, and summer 2025 is eligible. This includes students graduating with an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or completing a diploma program.
How will my survey responses be used?
The results are used to improve academic programs, student services, and campus facilities, ensuring that students are getting the best education and overall experience possible. The results are also used for accreditation purposes and to measure alumni success.
Is the survey anonymous or confidential?
The survey is confidential. All identifying information about respondents is removed prior to data analysis by the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. Survey results are aggregated by Berklee learning environments and majors and then shared with the Berklee community in report and interactive dashboard formats. Write-in responses are also anonymized, grouped into categories by subject(s), and shared with the appropriate Berklee areas for review.
