The BerkleeICE Incubator

BerkleeICE Incubator Space

BerkleeICE supports select business, product, and service ideas that emerge from our community by pairing these creative entrepreneurs with a network of mentors and resources, and helping bring to light new commercial or social benefit ideas inspired by music.

Johannes Flecker, entrepreneur and founder of Sound Leadership, reflects on his experience in the BerkleeICE incubator program:

"Without the support of BerkleeICE, I wouldn't have started this entrepreneurial journey. I can't overemphasize what it means to have support and mentorship in a great startup community in Cambridge. I continute to receive a lot of support through so many business people and entities."

Current incubator resources include:

  • mentorship;
  • referrals to marketing, legal and financial services; and
  • shared office space.

These services are made possible with the help of BerkleeICE partners Workbar in Cambridge, Massachusetts,  Holland & Knight LLP, and Mike Grandinetti of Startup Next and the Hult International Business School.
