Leading with Music Thinking: Executive Education Program with ESADE Business School
This three-day executive education program, a joint offering between ESADE Business School, Berklee's Instititue for Creative Entrepreneurship, and Berklee's campus in Valencia, Spain, offers leaders from different industries an opportunity to transfer leadership concepts from music thinking to their own personal and organizational challenges.
Through lectures and interactive workshops, participants will:
- Practice and strengthen creative mindset skills, such as improvisation, collaboration, and performing, inspired by the instincts of musicians, actors, and dancers;
- Identify how creative thinking is applicable to a successful business or entrepreneurial ecosystem;
- Apply leadership and management skills used by teams of artists; and
- Observe and adopt best practices used at Berklee's campus in Valencia .

Panos A. Panay
Panos Panay is the vice president for innovation and strategy at Berklee, and cofounder of the Open Music Initiative. He is a passionate entrepreneur and active startup mentor in the creative media space. As the founder of Sonicbids, he created the leading platform for bands to book gigs and market themselves online, building a subscriber network of 550,000 bands and 35,000 promoters from more than 100 countries.
Cisneros was executive director of Berklee's campus in Valencia, Spain, leading the foundation project. He was chief learning officer for the Santander Group and Fiat. He is the founder of Unnivers, an organization encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship in education. Born in Spain, he holds a doctorate in economic science from the University of Barcelona, as well as other post-graduate degrees from different international universities, including Harvard Business School and Babson College.
