Dimayma McCauley
Dimayma McCauley (she/her) joined Berklee in 2023 to support the launch of an inaugural Pre-Orientation Program and has since grown into her current role as Manager of Student Success Programs. Through a dynamic mix of peer mentoring, tailored advising, and thoughtfully curated programs and events, she contributes to creating a supportive environment where students can navigate institutional resources, develop leadership skills, engage across communities, and build meaningful relationships.
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she brings more than 15 years of experience building communications strategy across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education sectors in Brazil and the U.S. That experience shapes how she helps develop content across web, email, and social channels to ensure students stay informed and connected — reflecting her own multicultural, multilingual perspective.
In case you're curious, her name was inspired by the movie character Jemima Brown from the 1975 film The Eiger Sanction — spelled phonetically by her parents to ensure Portuguese speakers would pronounce it correctly.
