Biography

Matt Galle made his name building careers for acts such as Fun., Halsey, and Shawn Mendes. His current roster features artists such as Gucci Mane, Lauv, Sean Paul, Taking Back Sunday, and T-Pain.

He has twice been listed on Billboard’s “40 under 40,” and has been featured on the cover of Pollstar’s Booking Agency Directory. In 2006, Galle launched Photo Finish Records, which includes a diverse roster of alternative and indie pop bands such as Marian Hill, MisterWives, and ROZES. Before joining Paradigm, Galle cofounded the Bamboozle Music Festival, which ran from 2003 to 2012. Earlier in his career, he helped foster the touring careers of Bruno Mars, Ke$ha, and My Chemical Romance.

After attending Bentley College for two years as an accounting major, Galle transferred to Suffolk University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing. During college, Galle spent his free time promoting concerts and eventually started the Kenmore Agency, a booking agency in Boston, Massachusetts. His interest in the music industry began in high school, where he joined his friends’ bands on tour, acting as tour manager and selling merchandise.
