To help ensure your success in this virtual world, we have assembled a team to support you as you start your Berklee journey. You will meet your team on day one of orientation and work with them all semester long. A brief description of each team member is below.
Remote Community Connector
This student leader will be focused on identifying, developing, and implementing social engagement opportunities for all incoming students.
Remote Student Academic Mentor*
This student leader will be focused on mentoring and supporting students in all academic aspects of the student experience.
Remote Community Facilitator
This professional staff member will be focused on connecting with and advising students on all aspects of the Berklee experience, in addition to identifying students of concern and connecting them with appropriate resources, such as Academic Advising or the CARES team.
Remote Academic Advisor*
Academic advisors will be assigned to a cohort of students and provide guidance on major selection, course selection for semester two (and beyond), and understanding the major grid and degree audit to ensure a path to on-time graduation.
*Boston Conservatory at Berklee students will have a faculty advisor to assist them with course selection, and their community connector will also help with academic referrals in lieu of a student academic mentor.
