In the months leading up to Orientation, we host a variety of webinars and virtual office hours. They are open to both entering Berklee students and family members, and provide opportunities to learn more about the variety of offices and resources available to students and parents.
Once our webinars are completed, we will post the recorded and captioned videos here for you to refer to if you were unable to attend. Recorded webinars will be available within 2-3 business days after the webinar.
Fall 2026 Welcome Webinar
Our Fall Welcome Webinar included a practical overview of the transition to campus life. Our team detailed what to expect from Fall Orientation, while representatives from Housing, Admissions, and One Stop covered essential next steps regarding move-in, clearing restrictions, and financial requirements. This session was designed to ensure both students and families have the specific information needed to complete all administrative tasks before the semester begins. The slide deck can be found here.
Boston Conservatory Next Steps Webinar
In this webinar, our admissions representatives discussed enrollment next steps for new students. The webinar covered the items in the "Next Steps" tab of the admissions portal, where to locate financial aid and health and immunizations information, details about the private teacher preference form (for select majors), information regarding the I-20/F-1 visa application, and more. Berklee College of Music Next Steps Webinar
In this webinar, various core music departments addressed how to get ready for a successful enrollment; meet with your instrumental department chair; and prepare for your Entering Student Placement Assessments (ESPA). This assessment enables Berklee to determine whether advanced levels of arranging, harmony, and ear training are right for you—and to place you in classes with students of similar musical knowledge.
International Student Services Webinar
This webinar provides incoming Fall 2026 international students and their families with a comprehensive roadmap for navigating the visa process, pre-arrival logistics, and the transition to campus life. Our International Student Service advisors will break down the latest immigration requirements and health protocols to ensure you arrive prepared and confident for the start of the semester. Student Success Webinar
This session focused on the specific tasks necessary to access our support systems, including registering with Accessibility Resources, connecting with Student Success Programs, and understanding how to utilize Success Advising. We will also outline the essential health forms and insurance requirements managed by Health and Wellness. Because all of these services are available to every student regardless of their Knowledge Community, this content is critical for all incoming students and their families to review together.
