Katherine Rettie

Biography

Rettie joined Berklee in September 2022. Rettie previously served as an assistant director and area director for residential life at MIT for three years, and prior to that was a resident director at Wentworth Institute of Technology for over two years.

Rettie has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a master’s degree in community psychology from University of New Haven. Rettie is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in education at Northeastern University. 

In her free time, Rettie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and doing group fitness classes. She is passionate about supporting students and creating a campus community where everyone can thrive. You can reach her at communitystandards@berklee.edu.
