Report a Violation

 

Berklee takes reports of alleged violations of the Student Code of Community Standards very seriously. Incident reports are reviewed by the institution, which makes the determination of possible next steps, including additional investigation, providing resources and support, alleging violations, or having an educational meeting with the student(s) involved.

Students, faculty, and staff may report incidents involving Berklee students by using the following reporting forms:

If you have an immediate safety concern about a student, please contact Public Safety right away at 617-747-8888.

To report an alleged violation of Berklee's Equity Policy, please refer to the Equity website for information about that process. 

**Resident Assistants and members of the on-call response team should utilize the internal incident reporting form.**
