Director of Community Standards and Conflict Resolution

Michelle Quiñones has been at Berklee since July 2015. She previously served as director of community standards at Stetson University in Deland, Florida. Prior to that, she served as a coordinator in the Office of Student Conduct at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando for three years. She also worked for the UCF Police Department in the Victim Services Unit for four years before transitioning into the field of student conduct.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from UCF. She also pursued her graduate studies there, earning a Master of Science in criminal justice.

She is committed to creating a strong community experience for all students, and she works to educate and hold students accountable to the high standards and expectations of Berklee. Rebecca Neary

Assistant Director of Community Standards and Conflict Resolution

Prior to coming to Berklee, Rebecca Neary worked as an area coordinator at Merrimack College. Before that, she was a residence hall director for student conduct at the University of Connecticut. She received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Merrimack College in 2012 and a Master of Education in higher education administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2014. In order to maintain a safe and productive Berklee community, she promotes student success by holding students accountable to Berklee's community standards and by encouraging responsible, ethical decision-making. She loves traveling, spending time with family, and playing with her adorable dog, Fred.
