Jason Focarino

International Student Advisor

Jason Focarino (he/him) joined Berklee in 2025 working across the Office of International Student Services and the Summer Programs Department. Before entering higher education administration, Focarino worked as an English language acquisition teacher for seven years in both the Washington, DC, area and in Japan. In addition to Berklee, he has worked in global services at Northeastern University and at the school of education at Boston College. He holds a BA and MEd from the College of William & Mary and an MA from Boston College. In his free time, Focarino enjoys long walks around the city, cooking soups and curries, and forcing his friends to watch scary movies.
