Jobi Riccio (Virtual Concert)
The #BerkleeAnywhere Concert Series features Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee students performing virtually wherever they are around the world. We may be separated by distance, but music empowers us to unite. Wherever you are, we invite you to connect with us every Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. EDT on Berklee’s IGTV and Facebook pages.
About the Artist
Jobi Riccio is an Americana songwriter and performer from Boston, Massachusetts. Inspired by artists ranging from Buck Owens to Joni Mitchell—and the bluegrass community in which she grew up—she writes songs that meld classic country sounds with modern sensibilities.
Riccio has received acclaim for her writing, including winning the 2019 NewSong Music Competition, performing at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival, and being named a finalist in the 2018 Rocky Mountain Folks Festival Songwriters Showcase. Her debut EP Strawberry Wine is an ode to the women of country music.
