Full Biography

Jacqueline Kendrick, Ed.D. (she/her), joined Accessibility Resources for Students in January 2026. She earned her doctorate in higher education administration from Northeastern University and is a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Since 2019, she has worked in accessibility services within higher education, supporting institutions in creating inclusive and equitable learning environments.

Her professional expertise includes disability law, psychological assessment, executive function coaching, transition planning, and career preparation. Jacqueline is committed to removing barriers to access and strengthening inclusion through collaborative partnerships across the Berklee community. She works closely with disabled students to support their academic achievement while fostering self-determination, resilience, and long-term success. Jacqueline is dedicated to contributing to a campus culture where all students can thrive.
