• Meet with a Berklee counselor: Make an appointment with a Berklee counselor by calling 617-747-2310. Our office, located at 161 Massachusetts Avenue, fourth floor, is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For after-hours support, contact Public Safety at 617-747-8888 to be connected with the on-call team. 

• Access mental health services remotely: The TELUS Health Student Support app(Opens in a new window) offers 24/7 crisis, real-time, brief, and solution-focused counseling with a dedicated clinician over phone, chat/text, video, or in person. After Hours/Weekends/Holidays: In the event of an emergency or crisis, you can contact Public Safety(Opens in a new window) at 617-747-8888 or via the Rave Guardian app about an emergency at any time. Depending on the situation, Public Safety will connect you with the right person at the right time through the on-call Student Life team and/or the on-call Health and Wellness team. If you experience a mental or physical health emergency, you may go to your local emergency room or dial 911 for emergency services in your area.   • On-campus same-day appointments can be accessed in A05 on the following days and times:
    • Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
    • Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
