Fresh Prospects: Ruby-Sage / Inian Moon

Ruby-Sage will perform as part of the Fresh Prospects series—a showcase of the best up-and-coming artists attending Berklee. She is an indie-rock singer-songwriter from just outside Chicago, Illinois, currently studying at Berklee. Playing with her bandmates, Cade Palmatier, Grafton Downs, and Aidan Ward-Richter, her music blurs the lines between indie-rock, emo, and jazz influence through her unique and relatable view of mental health. Ruby-Sage is Boston-based and cannot wait to share her music with you!

Inian Moon is an indie-alternative, guitar-playing singer-songwriter. Her band includes Alex Vaccarello on bass and keys, Junho Lee on electric guitar, and Ian Juras on drums. Moon’s music includes themes of love, fluidity, the natural world, practical magic, and mental health. Her life experiences within these themes motivate her to write songs that spread awareness and create connection, along with alchemical healing within herself and her surrounding communities.
