Biography

Jason Jordan has more than 25 years’ experience in the music industry. He founded legendary punk rock label Watermark Records and his own boutique music publishing company, Earthprogram Music, while attending high school and college and learning the ropes at Rykomusic. He then served as A&R director at Columbia Records before moving to Hollywood Records/Disney Music Group as vice president of A&R, a role he held for almost 14 years, discovering and working with talent with sales exceeding 10 million records.

Jordan also helped finance the launch of groundbreaking SynchTank, a cloud-based software platform that gives catalogs and rights-holders an interactive portal to organize, manage, pitch, deliver, license, and sell their creative digital assets. He now serves as senior vice president of A&R for Republic Records, the top recorded music label at Universal Music Group.
