Biography

Jasmine Wideman is a senior human resources leader with Live Nation Entertainment—U.S. Concerts. She has accelerated HR transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing top talent within the entertainment industry, and building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation.

Wideman has more than 14 years of broad knowledge of human resources in a variety of sectors. She specializes in human capital, employee relations, and leadership training and development. She is also a facilitator, speaker, and writer, and has been recognized for her leadership. Wideman has held various other human resourcesrelated roles through her tenure, receiving several awards and acknowledgments.

Wideman is graduate of Norther Illinois University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in communications and minor in human resources. She went on to further her education at Keller Graduate School, where she received a master’s degree in human resources management, completing with high honors. Wideman is in the infancy stages of initiating her doctoral degree in human resources.

Wideman is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), and National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA). She also serves as a lifelong member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
