Jane O'Neil

Jane O'Neil is a seasoned full-cycle recruiter with close to 15 years of experience hiring top talent and building the Arnold brand, one candidate at a time. Her recruiting expertise encompasses nearly all agency functions, from marketing and strategy to project management and integrated production. She has a particular passion for finding and cultivating young talent who are just embarking on their careers. Prior to joining Arnold, O'Neil worked at Boston-based creative agencies Ingalls and Clarke Goward on a wide variety of accounts in diverse categories, including retail, packaged goods, and quick-service restaurant.

O'Neil lives in Wakefield, Massachusetts, with her husband of 27 years, Matt, and their 17-year-old twins, Lucas and Lily, who are currently beginning their college exploration.
