Caroline "Baroline" Diaz

Caroline “Baroline” Diaz is the senior director of A&R for Interscope Records. Notable artists on her roster include DaBaby, Lil Poppa, and Yhung T.O. She has made her way from Columbia Records, where she previously signed Polo G and also worked with Yung Bleu and Lil Tjay. Prior to Columbia, she held a promotion position at Def Jam Recordings, where she worked national campaigns for artists such as 2 Chainz and YG.

Diaz previously served as operations manager at EMVE Management Group, where she executed events for leading brands such as CÎROC, Bad Boy, and VH1. As a young, powerful Dominican woman from New York, she aims to pave the way for many aspiring innovators in the industry.
