Loren Glaser
Loren Glaser has been at Berklee since February 2016. Before becoming the director of orientation and first year experience, Loren served as the director of campus life from July 2022 to October 2025. Prior to that, Loren was the associate director of new students and family programs. She previously worked as a resident director in housing and residential life at Wentworth Institute of Technology for four and a half years. And before that, she was an academic advisor for first-generation college students at the University of South Florida.
Loren has a bachelor's degree in public relations and a Master of Education in college student affairs, both from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Her current role provides leadership to the orientation and first year experience team. Her role oversees the behind-the-scenes aspects of orientation, welcome week, first year programming as well as family orientation and programming.
Outside of Berklee, Loren enjoys traveling, Boston sports, books, being active, strong coffee, anything Harry Potter–related, and good company. She was born in Texas and grew up in Florida before moving to New England in 2011.
