City and Colour(Opens in a new window), the moniker of singer-songwriter Dallas Green, is one of the biggest groundswell stories to emerge from Canada. Beyond his legacy as a cofounder of hardcore luminaries Alexisonfire, he also has teamed up with global icon Alecia Moore, a.k.a. P!nk, for You+Me.

Over five studio albums, Green has amassed a legion of fans worldwide and garnered three Juno Awards, including two songwriter of the year awards. City and Colour’s most recent studio album, If I Should Go Before You, debuted at no. 1, marking his third consecutive chart-topper in Canada.

Fans have much to look forward to this year. In June, Green debuted a new single, “Astronaut”—the first original music from City and Colour in almost four years.

Rex.
