The LR Collective is an all-female jazz ensemble from Berklee College of Music, featuring Shiri Wolman on clarinet, Liv Clementine on piano, Noa Ben David on bass, and Lia Romano on drums. Their music reflects the landscapes they navigate in life, exploring both the external world and the inner realms of self-expression, connection, and discovery. Blending the dynamic grooves and rhythms of Middle Eastern music with the rich harmony and improvisation of jazz, the LR Collective creates a fusion that resonates with the diverse experiences of living in a complex, interconnected world.

Their upcoming album, Escaping the Labyrinth, is a collection of original compositions that explore the interplay between tradition and innovation. From intense, powerful grooves to serene, introspective moments, the music mirrors the emotional and physical terrains of life, capturing moments of tension, release, and contemplation.

Each performance is a journey, shaped by the unique voice of every member and their shared commitment to crafting music that is both personal and universal. The LR Collective invites listeners into a space of exploration and discovery, where the complexities of the world are reflected in the music they create together.

The LR Collective will be performing as part of Berklee’s Summer in the City 2025 concert series. View all concerts.
