This free workshop led by Boston Conservatory at Berklee faculty member and certified Alexander Technique instructor Debi Adams, explores ways to use Alexander Technique to transform anxiety into productive energy. Any donations made will support Boston Conservatory’s Scholarship Fund and students in the Conservatory’s Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course.
