International Steinway Artist, concert pianist, and composer Dr. Karen Walwyn will lecture on and perform solo piano works by world-renowned composer Florence Price—the first African-American woman to gain national acclaim—alongside a selection of Walwyn’s own original compositions.
American composer, presenter of multidisciplinary events, and educator Laura Kaminsky leads a discussion on arts administration leadership with the Boston Conservatory at Berklee community. Dr. Isaí Jess Muñoz, chair of voice, will moderate this discussion.
