Riding the wave of their recent triumphs, Pacific Avenue has emerged as a shining example of rock's resurgence in Australia's contemporary music scene. Their debut album Flowers has achieved critical and commercial success, securing a top-three spot on the ARIA charts, behind notable artists such as Ed Sheeran and Morgan Wallen. With two ARIA nominations and multiple hit singles featured in the Triple J Hottest 100, the band has resonated with fans across various genres and generations.
Preston Lydotes is a pop/rock singer-songwriter who grew up in the Boston area. Combining freewheeling guitar hooks with dynamic vocals, the 21-year-old articulates his coming-of-age through refreshingly honest storytelling. His versatility with a guitar and pen is undeniable, as showcased in his debut EP Is There Anyone?. Lydotes plans to continue his lively full band shows and intimate acoustic sets along the East Coast. He is currently recording his follow-up project to be released next fall.
