Santiago Barragán Noguera is a Colombian guitarist, composer, and songwriter who learned to play guitar as a teenager in Bogotá, Colombia. Influenced by jazz, classical, rock, pop, and Latin music, Santiago studied jazz when he was 18 with teachers of the Conservatory of Nancy, France. His light touch and lyrical phrasing highlight his technical qualities as a Latin musician.
