Maz / Michelle Willis / Riva Saputo
Mike ‘Maz’ Maher has made a name for himself as a founding member of the multi-Grammy-Award winning group Snarky Puppy. Although he functions as a trumpeter with the pups, it would be remiss to categorize Maz as a closet singer-songwriter. His songs incorporate folk, rock, soul, and jazz traditions with a seamless mastery that is only overshadowed by his ability to captivate audiences with the soulful intimacy of his voice.
In a short period of time, Canadian Michelle Willis has made a name for herself as a singer-songwriter and keyboardist performing with some of the world's most well-loved artists (Iggy & the Stooges, Snarky Puppy, Zac Brown Band, and David Crosby, to name a few). Her debut album See Us Through was released on Snarky Puppy's GroundUP Music label, and features richly stacked vocals atop Americana, folk, and jazz harmony. Willis can now most often be heard performing in Brooklyn, New York.
Riva Saputo is a Boston-based, alternative R&B band started by Heather Rivas and Toni Saputo. Together, they are bringing a new musical dynamic to the R&B scene. All band members include Toni Saputo (bass/vocals), Heather Rivas (keys), and Mario Taddeo Jr. (drums). Riva Saputo released their first EP on March 11, 2016, and their first single on December 16, 2016. They plan on releasing their full album in 2017.
