Lourde Childs is a multi-talented contemporary recording artist and producer from Phoenix, Arizona. Known for his expressive, powerful voice and bold, declarative productions, Childs cultivates an artistic image rooted in independence, love, and resilience. With stylistic inspiration from Beyoncé, Victoria Monét, and Usher, he is a versatile, dynamic performer who commands the stage to tell his story and uplift audiences at every opportunity.

Childs began writing and producing his own music at just 13 and released his debut single, "Call My Bluff," in early 2020. He went on to release four more singles, including "Left on Read," which gained viral traction on TikTok. In May 2024, Childs released his debut EP, I Haven’t Seen the Stars in a While, led by the single “Midnights.”

With support from organizations such as the Phoenix Conservatory of Music, Berklee City Music, and the CMA Foundation, Childs has performed at renowned venues including the Berklee Performance Center, Brighton Music Hall, MGM Music Hall at Fenway, Phoenix Symphony Hall, and the 2017 National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Awards in Washington, DC.

Childs is currently working on his next project, set for release in 2025.
