Emerging Leaders Workshop: Resiliency and Self-Care

Join us for Resiliency and Self-Care, the sixth and final workshop of our fall Emerging Leaders series. In this session of the series, presented by Berklee Student Leadership Programs, students will learn that being an effective leader starts with an honest understanding of who they are.
Food and beverages will be provided, and various faculty, staff, and local partners will take part.
Students who attend this session will:
- Define and explore what resilience means, and what qualities it consists of
- Conduct a self-assessment of current level of resilience
- Discuss tips on how to get back on track after an obstacle or setback
- Develop a personalized self-care plan for various situations
If you have questions or need more information, email leadership@berklee.edu.
The workshop session will highlight three competency areas: knowledge of self, innovation, and resiliency.
