Grammy Award-winner and original member of the internationally acclaimed Snarky Puppy, Bill Laurance released his debut album Flint in 2014 and received international critical acclaim after going straight to no. 1 on the iTunes Jazz Charts. His second album, Swift, was released on GroundUP Music in 2015.

Laurance is classically trained and has worked as a professional musician since he was 14, touring internationally as a pianist, keyboard player, composer, producer, and arranger, recording or performing with artists including: David Crosby, Morcheeba, Salif Keita, Bobby McFerrin, and Susana Baca, among others.
