Olivia Rudensky is the head of marketing and digital for Miley Cyrus at Maverick Management. She got her start from running the artist’s biggest social media fan account at 12 years old, which developed into a business relationship. With artist management being a 24/7 job, she's also vocal about finding balance in all aspects of life, not just your career. She is passionate about using her own platform and experiences to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing in the music industry, and was recently nominated for the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
